Dr. Jeffrey Scott
Dr. Jeffrey Scott

Dr. Scott is a board-certified family medicine physician. He specializes in chronic disease management, geriatrics, general family practice, cosmetic dermatology, and performing office-based procedures.

He relocated to the Big Horn Basin with his family in 2021. They are embracing the joys and challenges of becoming first generation ranchers. Dr. Scott’s goal is to improve access to quality medical care for the rural community he loves and calls home.

Makyela Sorensen, PA-C
Makyela Sorensen, PA-C

Makyela was raised in the Big Horn Basin and is excited to make it her home once again! She obtained her Master of Science as a Physician Assistant from the University of Nebraska. While completing her studies, she rotated with Wyo Clinic and trained under Dr. Scott. In addition, she spent clinical time in orthopedics, dermatology, emergency medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, cardiology, trauma, and general surgery.

She is excited to give back to her community as an advocate for quality rural healthcare. Her family runs an outfitting business and she enjoys horses and ranching.

Mataia Henderson
Mataia Henderson

Mataia is our medical assistant extraordinaire! When she isn’t working in the clinic, you will find her studying to be a sonography technician or on horseback.

Mataia grew up in the basin and enjoys a good barrel race with her trusty bay mare.

Laura Huber
Laura Huber

Laura manages our front office functions, scheduling appointments and welcoming patients at check in. She is also a long-standing volunteer Firefighter/EMT for Shell Fire/Emergency Medical Service. You may see Laura use her clinical experience to help out in the back office at the clinic too. She loves being a grandmother and has some of the cutest grandkids you’ll find!

Susan Moyer, Billing

Susan first met the Scott’s when they all lived in Idaho and their daughters rode horses together. She specializes in medical billing services for small physician groups, with a passion for those in rural areas. Susan resides in Tennessee with her husband and daughter, where they raise quarter horses when she isn’t working on billing for the clinic.
