Access to Care– in addition to traditional face-to-face office visits, patients can access Wyo Clinic via phone, secure email, text messaging, and our secure telehealth platform for virtual visits (includes after-hours triage). Basic health concerns can be addressed without requiring you to leave work or home.

Electronic Medical Records – we offer enhanced access to your medical records through our secure patient portal, including lab and test results. You can view your records and make payments online or via a convenient mobile app.

Personalized Attention – we don’t set our appointment times based on corporate-driven productivity standards. Plus, unlimited access through our secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging system.

Automatic Monthly Payment Withdrawal – minimizes surprise medical bills

COVERED SERVICES:

In exchange for the monthly fee, Wyo Clinic provides the following services at no additional cost.

Office visits – wellness, acute care, disease management, sports physicals, and telehealth

Coordination of care – with specialists, hospitals, and other care providers

DISCOUNTED SERVICES & PROCEDURES:

In exchange for the monthly fee, Wyo Clinic may provide the following office-based services and procedures at Medicare rates.

Office-based procedures – EKGs, simple sutures, cryotherapy, and spirometry

Basic in-office lab testing – complete list of available tests & procedures

Wellness services – B12 injections, blood pressure checks, smoking cessation, and nutrition counseling

Complex office-based procedures and comprehensive diagnostic testing services
